After successfully organizing the main event, the client engaged us again to manage a corporate socialization programme at a different venue, Graha El Nusa Tower in South Jakarta. The event served as a follow-up to a major internal communication initiative, specifically targeting employees from another subholding. Its purpose was to convey the latest working agreement, jointly drafted with the company's labour union, in a setting that encouraged clarity, transparency, and engagement. We were responsible to design a professional yet approachable environment, ensuring important information was delivered effectively while maintaining an atmosphere of openness and collaboration.
The client's goal was to ensure every employee understood the new agreement's key points and its impact on their roles, rights, and responsibilities. The session needed to go beyond a one-way presentation, fostering interaction and trust between management, union representatives, and employees. We aimed to create a space where participants could listen attentively, ask questions freely, and leave with a clear understanding of the agreement. This meant balancing formal corporate communication with elements that kept the atmosphere accessible and engaging. Our design approach prioritised visibility, audibility, and comfort.
The venue was prepared to accommodate a focused yet comfortable audience experience. A clean stage backdrop prominently displayed the programme's identity while the seating arrangement ensured all attendees had a clear line of sight to the speakers. High-quality sound systems and well-placed projection screens supported both visual and verbal communication. The session opened with welcoming remarks before moving into structured presentations by key representatives. Our team coordinated smooth transitions between speakers and managed the Q&A segments to ensure every relevant point was addressed. Between formal sessions light refreshments were served, providing informal networking opportunities. Throughout the day our crew remained on standby, ensuring technical precision and a steady event flow.
Employees left informed and reassured, while management and union representatives strengthened their connection with the workforce. By combining meticulous preparation with an understanding of corporate dynamics we created an event environment where key messages could resonate, questions could be answered, and everyone left with a shared sense of direction.
