It was a vague yet exciting brief for us. Our long-established partner once again entrusted us to design and manage a large-scale corporate event for World Anti-Corruption Day 2024. Since there was no formal theme or concept from the client, we reimagined their corporate ballroom space into a vibrant cinema-inspired environment that brought the spirit of integrity to life through creative storytelling and immersive audiovisual experiences. The concept combined education and entertainment, using film-inspired narratives to engage employees and stakeholders. The event intended to deliver a creative, impactful experience that broke away from traditional seminars by blending cinematic parodies, panel talks, and interactive zones into a single immersive journey.
The goal was to educate and highlight our client's anti-corruption commitment in a way that was engaging, relevant, and memorable, while ensuring strong audience participation. We were tasked with designing a seamless participant experience for over 1,400 registrants by delivering smooth registration, effective crowd management, interactive installations, and a strong brand presence. To achieve this, we created meaningful learning moments through multimedia content and leveraged creative entertainment formats to reinforce corporate values and inspire positive behavioral change across all levels of the organization.
We curated an end-to-end attendee journey. A digital check-in system with QR code scanning streamlined entry and distributed door prize coupons, while themed activation zones, including mirror reflections, play areas, voting corners, and photo booths, encouraged interaction. Guests explored five experiential zones connected by branded tunnels and immersive lighting ambience. The main stage featured exclusive cinema-style trailers, parody blockbusters like Warkop Anti-Korupsi and Tenggelamnya Kapal Korupsi, and a live talk show with Habib Ja'far and Ahmad Siddik. Entertainment by HIVI! brought a lively festival vibe, while lounges, curated snacks, and personalized souvenirs elevated the guest experience. Branded signage, seamless audiovisuals, and integrated wayfinding ensured aesthetic consistency and operational flow.
The event recorded one thousand successful check-ins. Audience engagement remained consistently high across all zones, while the talk show and parody films generated strong positive sentiment. Our client successfully achieved their goal of combining education with entertainment, and our comprehensive planning and seamless execution positioned us as a trusted partner for delivering high-impact corporate activations.
