We were appointed to bring the vision of reflection and deeper enterprise collaboration to life, set against a distinctive natural backdrop. What began as a technical reconciliation task evolved into a meaningful retreat. With scenic views, open-air discussions, and structured sessions, participants reconnected with their purpose and with one another. This was more than a meeting; it was a strategic moment of realignment for both Pertamina and BRI as leading state-owned enterprises.
At its core, the event served to facilitate the reconciliation of installment records that had remained unidentified within the system, a task requiring collaboration, transparency, and absolute focus. However, our client's vision extended far beyond spreadsheets and signatures. The gathering aimed to strengthen ties between our client and their partner, rebuilding synergy after extended work and fragmented communication. Mount Bromo was chosen not only for its stunning beauty but also its symbolism. Rising above the clouds, it provided the ideal setting for teams to gain new perspective. Here, detailed work met broader insight, and clarity emerged not only from data but through shared experience.
From the outset, we managed the full end-to-end planning, drawing on deep expertise in corporate retreats to ensure the event unfolded seamlessly. The journey began in Malang with a warm welcome and personalized touches, including branded materials and curated kits. The following day, participants headed toward the misty highlands of Mount Bromo. This symbolic journey set the tone: one of exploration, unity, and renewal. Across the four days, reconciliation clinics were hosted in thoughtfully selected venues, blending formality with calm, open environments.
