Rapat Kerja Teknis Fungsi Compliance PT Pertamina (Persero)
As this was not our first collaboration, we were entrusted to deliver our client's following meeting in Yogyakarta. They sought more than a standard corporate gathering; they wanted a platform where knowledge-sharing could thrive while reinforcing team connection through meaningful cultural experiences. Hosted at Novotel Hotel, the event blended structured sessions with moments designed for reflection, collaboration, and enjoyment. Therefore, we delivered full-service planning and execution, from venue coordination and stage production to cultural immersion activities. The challenge lay in creating an environment where professional rigor could coexist with local heritage, ensuring participants left not only informed but also inspired by the city's traditions.
The meeting needed to foster open dialogue, exchange of insights, and constructive feedback to strengthen operational effectiveness. Equally important, our client wished to create lasting memories for their team by integrating Yogyakarta's cultural richness into the agenda. This meant delivering an experience that was immersive, seamless, and reflective of both the company's professionalism and the warmth of local traditions. Our goal was to design an event that could position the compliance team as both a thought leader in their field and a close-knit, collaborative unit while ensuring every logistical detail ran flawlessly.
Over two days, Novotel Yogyakarta became the stage for engaging plenary sessions, breakout discussions, and collaborative workshops. The meeting space was dressed in thematic branding that echoed the event's values. Outside the conference room, we curated a cultural journey. Participants visited Pari Geblek, a local restaurant with a touristic charm, where they donned beskap (traditional Javanese attire) complete with batik jarik and headcloths for men, and matching kebaya-style blouses for women. This was followed by a lively evening program, an intimate music showcase where attendees sang, danced, and celebrated together. Every transition, from corporate discussions to cultural activities, was managed with precision to maintain energy, focus, and enjoyment.
The structured sessions encouraged open feedback and fresh perspectives, while the cultural experiences fostered camaraderie and a shared sense of pride. Participants returned with renewed motivation, carrying both actionable insights and warm memories from Yogyakarta. The event reinforced our client's internal culture and strengthened their team's identity.
