Pertamina Eco Run
The client asked us to create an inclusive community festival that would merge the excitement of a run with the spirit of environmental responsibility. The ambition was to stage an experience that welcomed employees, families, and the public, while carrying a clear sustainability message. For us, the challenge lay in transforming a large outdoor space into a seamless journey of sport, entertainment, and education.
The client wanted more than just a race. The goal was to build a platform where people could connect with environmental values through a festive program of culture, creativity, and fun. Our role was to design and deliver an atmosphere that felt authentic, accessible, and memorable. Every element, from the stage design to the side activities, needed to encourage participation and reflect the client's commitment to a greener future.
We began with a striking entry gate and central stage that set the tone for the day. Surrounding this hub, we curated a full ecosystem of zones: VIP and sponsor pavilions, a culinary tent, media and medical facilities, and dedicated areas for millennials and children. Families found joy in photo booths, inflatables, obstacle courses, and animal pop-ups, while recycling communities and trivia corners reinforced the sustainability theme. Performances ranged from zumba and Rampak Gendang to live music headlined by NAIF, keeping energy high throughout. Face painting, puppet shows, and community showcases added color and warmth. Every detail, from safety support to signage and garden seating, was orchestrated to keep the experience flowing.
The event drew an enthusiastic crowd that stayed engaged from start to finish. Guests of all ages immersed themselves in the activities, creating a vibrant atmosphere that carried the client's message far beyond the race itself. Delivery was smooth, timelines were met, and the production quality exceeded expectations. The client achieved their aim of turning environmental commitment into celebration, while we demonstrated our ability to design and manage a complex, high-impact event with precision and creativity.
